The shift report contained details about the slot technicians who were on duty during that shift, the unresolved issues with slot machines or those that were out of service, as well as additional remarks. Each shift had its own report where they would input information from the previous shift.

I developed a shift report to address inefficiencies and streamline the process using Excel formulas and VBA scripting to manage many tasks and minimize user errors, allowing each shift to simply update the existing spreadsheet instead of creating a new one.
